Mobile carrier Verizon to sell Nokia Windows 8 phone in the
coming days is going to be great positive leap in the sector targeting those who want to have Windows Smartphone. Till now Verizon
has been pushing out HTC Trophy and those who didn’t like it had to go for other
carriers if they wanted a different model of Windows mobile. But not anymore as Verizon is planning to roll out Nokia Windows 8
phone soon. Thus, one will be getting more options from Verizon soon. Nokia
Windows 8 phones are expected to be released early in the September next month.
And if information were correct, Verizon will be providing Nokia Windows 8
phones to customers soon after release.
The actual news about Verizon to sell Nokia Windows 8 phone
was first reported by Bloomberg. At the current moment there is no information
about the model of the Nokia Windows 8 phone to be sold by Verizon. Neither
there is correct information when it will be available, but it is expected to
available soon after the release of the phones. Also this partnership will be a
great advantage for Microsoft, as they will be able to roll out their OS and
reach more customers. But neither Verizon, Nokia or Microsoft has made any comment on this issue. So, its more or less a rumor till any official word comes out.
Apart from Verizon, carriers like AT&T are also involved
in selling Windows phone. But the problem is that it is not enough to cover
the whole market of Windows phone demand. With carriers like Verizon coming into the field, the reach
of Windows phones to the customers are expected to increase. Updates about
Verizon to sell Nokia Windows 8 phone (if the reports delivered by sources is true) like availability and models are expected
to declared in the coming days.
